 Villa Oceania 21 is located away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Ayia Napa this villa is perfectly situated as a peaceful retreat for those wanting a relaxing and lazy holiday. Close to the pretty little bay of Liopetriou, it offers you everything you need to soak your cares away.  Situated at the end of a road in a quiet cul de sac, the house is bordered with planted hedges and palm trees.  Relax and unwind in the two outdoor sofa areas, surrounded by a colourful, tropical garden, listening to the sound of bird song.  

The interior of the villa has a spacious open plan compromising of living room and kitchen, with patio door leading to the pool area. . There is a two and three seater sofa to watch tv and there is also a dining table which comfortably sits six persons. To the side of the living area, you will find a shower room.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and the other two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The rooms share a family bathroom.
