Peyia. Peyia Village enjoys fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea as it is rooted in the slopes of a mountain. On the one hand, there is the deep blue sea that surrounds the beautiful rugged coastline and on the other, the beautiful forest with shady pines, cypresses trees and shrubs. The village itself features a must see traditional square with an array of local and international restaurants as well as bars and beautiful Garden Cafes.
The extensive pine forest to the north of the village is protected and is a popular picnic area. To the south of the village is the famous Coral Bay with its Blue Flag sandy Beaches. Coral Bay takes its name after the pink coral deposits which lie further seaward. The beautiful Sea Caves and St George Fishing Bay are less than a 10-minute drive away where you can enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets.
