A washing machine is also located at the ground floor for your comfort. The dining area has an elegant table where you can sit with your family to enjoy your evening meals.

A spacious guest WC with washbasin is situated at the ground floor.

In the upper floor you can find a family-sized bathroom along with 3 bedrooms, all designed to offer a comfortable and relaxed sleeping experience. The turquoise room consists of one double size bed with an en-suite private bathroom, along with a private balcony offering wonderful sea views. The purple room includes one double size bed and the yellow room includes 2 single size beds (which can be joined as one double bed at your preference). In the upper floor there is also a large patio area with both sea views and mountain views where you can see the stunning church of "Profitis Elias".

Air-conditioning is provided throughout the property without any usage limitation.

The outdoor area has a beautiful tiled patio area surrounding the deluxe swimming pool. 6 sunbeds are provided for sun bathing along with a large outdoor dining table to enjoy your meals throughout the day and night. The garden area includes a children’s playground for the kids to have fun.

There is private parking for one car in the driveway at the side and curb side parking at the front.

The villa also includes a grill and a car rental service is available on request.

The property is a 6-minute walk to the centre of Protaras and 10-minute walk to the lovely beach of Yianna Marie. The Cape Greco Natural Park is a 5-minute drive away and the lively Agia Napa is a 10-minute drive. Lidl Supermarket is located in close proximity. Nick’s Bottle Shop and Exchange which is probably the cheapest liquor store in Cyprus is located right opposite the street.
