Anatoli Grand Villa has an enviable position at the end of the private cul-de-sac road with spectacular sea views. This Villa has great views of both the crystal clear Mediterranean sea and of the surrounding National Park area.This is a great destination for nature lovers, and for special occasions-such as a wedding.

The Villa is situated at Cape Greco National Park, a seafront eco community dedicated to promoting awareness of the National Park. A 10 minutes walk along a coastal nature trails leads you to the discovery of the Blue Flag beach of Konnos Bay.

It is an ideal destination for walking, cycling, local nature trails, diving and swimming. Suitable for wedding parties in the Cavo Greco/Protaras areas. Walking distance to dining, bars, local supermarket.

As you enter the villa you will notice an open plan of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room consists of a large sofas where 8 adults can comfortably sit and watch tv. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a dining table with 8 chairs. There is also a guest W.C. downstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a holidaymaker will need, such as stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutleries, crockeries, and many more.

On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite shower and toilet.

Upstairs there are total 3 large bedrooms all with double beds. The master bedroom also benefits from an ensuite shower and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms share the family bathroom. 

Electricity and water consumption are not included in the 3-month price and will be charged separately based on usage.
