A modern 2 bedroom house in the absolute heart of Protaras with fantastic views of the sea and only 1 minute walk away from a sandy beach .

It is located front line on the Louma Bay Beach (Also known as - Sunrise Beach) in the heart of protaras. In Just 1 minute walk your feet touch the golden sand of a child friendly beach. You do not require a car as you are a mere 2 minutes walk from all the amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, playgrounds etc.

The ground floor is fully open plan, comprising of comfortable lounge, fully equipt kitchen and dining area. There are also dining tables on both patio areas front and back of the house. The lounge area is modernly furnished with a lovely, comfortable sofa that can seat up to 4 persons which  can also be converted into a double sofa bed, for extra persons or for those breezy afternoon naps. A flat screen TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Accordion style glass doors open onto the front patio, offering fantastic views of the beach front.

The very stylish and modern kitchen has built-in cupboards, electric hob/oven, full fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dish washer and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. The dining area has an elegant dining table with seating for six. A spacious guest wc with washbasin is situated next to the stairs. 

Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor along with a family-sized bathroom which comprises a shower bathtub, washbasin and wc. The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom at the front with a private balcony, offering wonderful sea views and a second bedroom with twin beds and a private balcony with patio furniture.

Air-conditioning is provided throughout the property.

The front of the property has a tiled patio area and a wooden deck for sun bathing and more than enough space for a bbq.  There is private parking for one car in the driveway at the rear and curb side parking at the front.
